UN Special Rapporteur’s report on the right to education of persons in detention

The UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Education, Vernor Muñoz Villalobos, devoted his first annual report to the question of the right to education of persons in detention, ‘a group subject to discrimination generally and to discrimination in the provision of education specifically’.
