UN Secretary-General’s 2014 report to the General Assembly on moratoriums on the use of the death penalty: Submission, April 2014

Ahead of the expected debate and resolution in the UN General Assembly on a worldwide moratorium on the use of the death penalty, the UN Secretary-General is preparing a report on the issue.

PRI submitted a joint report with its partner in Uganda, the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI), detailing the status of death penalty moratoriums in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, MENA and East Africa.
