პენიტენციურ სისტემაში უმცირესობათა უფლებების დაცვისა და რეალიზების შესაძლებლობები და გამოწვევები
The qualitative research has been conducted by the Initiative for Social Changes (ISC) within the frames of the project “Monitoring Government’s Commitments and Promoting Penal Reforms through the Engagement of CSOs”, implemented by Penal Reform International South Caucasus Regional Office with the support of the European Union in partnership with organizations – “Rehabilitation Initiative of Vulnerable Groups” and “Human Rights Center”.
The research team would like to express its gratitude to the representatives of the LEPL “National Agency for Crime Prevention and Probation”, Public Defender of Georgia, as well as non-governmental organizations – “Article 42 of the Constitution”, “Partnership for Human Rights”, EU Penitentiary and Probation Support Project, inmates rights’ independent defender – Aleqsandre Selepanov and all involved former inmates for the assistance in the process of collecting information and their contribution to the implementation of the research.
