I really believe Non-Violent, non-drug offenders should not be incarcerated, but made to do community service, pay restitution, and get a “second chance” for probation, rather than go to prison. It’s only logical, and “humane”. These people are not a threat to society, and deserve a second chance if this is their first offence. Suicide is also high for such persons. It’s only humane that “humans’ that re not a threat to society, and can contribute to society should remain “Out Of Prison”! It also destroys family relationships, and creates a financial hardship on the remaining spouse. Really, Isn’t the United States interested in “HUMANITARIAN AID’? I worked for the government and know this moto should hold true for non-violent criminals as well. we just have to monitor them. I am sure most would like that second chance at mending what they did wrong in the past. God Bless All Of You!

“https://www.psykiater.no/”
Takk kjære.
