Submission for UN Secretary-General’s 2015 report to the Human Rights Council on the death penalty

The 2015 supplementary report on the death penalty focuses on the wider human rights impacts of the death penalty. This submission looks at some of the groups affected, including lawyers defending those facing a death sentence, journalists reporting on the death penalty and prison staff who have to administer death rows or conduct executions. The report will be presented to the UN Human Rights Council at its 30th session in September 2015.
