Penal Reform International’s Statement – OSCE, 5 October 2010, Warsaw, Poland

PRI’s statement on the OSCE’s commitment to the abolition of the death penalty within the region.

Whilst acknowledging the progress already made towards this end, it also calls upon those states who still hold the death penalty to alter their justice system to bring it into line with international standards and norms.
