Our values reflect how we work.
Do no harm
We endeavour to ensure our actions, intervention and management do not harm to our staff. The safety, security and wellbeing of our staff are paramount, and we equip our staff to learn to take good care of themselves.
We value the diversity and talents of our staff and all contributions they make. We work to ensure our staff are treated with respect, regardless of their position in the organisation. We do not tolerate discrimination or violence, especially in relation to staff members’ gender, ethnicity, disability, age, religion or sexual identity.
We hold each other accountable regardless of position in the organisation. Our policies and regulations are produced through inclusive consultation, are clear and accessible, and applicable to all members of staff.
We work with each other with a spirit of trust, cooperation and good faith. We understand that we are working together on the same common goal.
Our staff handbook detailing our gender equality, protection from sexual exploitation and abuse and child protection policies can be accessed upon request from HeadOfSecretariat@penalreform.org.
