Submission to the Human Rights Council, March 2014: Conditions on death row

This statement submitted to the 25th Session of the UN Human Rights Council, taking place in Geneva between 3 – 28 March 2014, welcomes the High Level Panel on the Question of the Death Penalty.

It focuses on the conditions on death row and the impact these conditions have on the rights and well-being of prisoners and their families.
