PRI and partners report on treatment and conditions of prisoners serving life in South Caucasus

2009PRI and partners presented their final report on research carried out into the treatment and conditions of prisoners serving life sentences in the South Caucasus, in a meeting in Baku on 12th February 2009.
The work was carried out within a broader EU-funded project 'Global Action to Abolish the Death Penalty', aimed at encouraging the abolition of the death penalty in the Former Soviet Union and the Middle East and North Africa.
