PRI and the Quaker United Nations Office (QUNO) will be hosting a side event at the 4th Session of the UN Human Rights Council focusing on the human rights of prisoners. It will be held on Monday 26 March at the Palais Des Nations (Room X11, Batiment E), 13.00-15.00.

The event will be chaired by Leila Zerrougui from the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention. Panel Speakers will include Mel James, Policy Director at PRI, and Laurel Townhead, a consultant with QUNO.
