Very important article. HRI should act fast to look into this matter. Allowing prisoners to reform and not protected from public harm does not make sense

This article is very informative. It so sad that they treat human beings this way. From my experience of having a loved one incarcerated they seem to be putting perfectly healthy people in cells with people with diseases such as covid 19 and tuberculosis on purpose. Instead of putting the ill with someone who has the same illness. My love one will come home one day with an array of medical problems. That could have been prevented.
